I can reproduce reliably. Seems to be craft related
If you'd like a vid, let me know where i can send a youtube url, and i can put the craft xml to pastebin for a private link (craft is yet to be released)
Vizzy - Bug - program doesnt reload, and even saved copy has no data (nodes)

Save the vizzy program and from the designer select the option to report a bug in the menu. Then in that bug report paste the link to the video and explain the issue
