[PC-STEAM] Downloadable Craft broken since update (AGAIN)

Got locked out of my account (Hubs Beats) so made this new account. I made a post on previous account with same title.
Fixed the issue by doing a fresh install and worked fine for a month-ish.
Now same problem. Go to download a craft and get error "could not resolve Destination host" or something. Tried another fresh install but no luck. Can anyone help?
