I cant download a Craft

I'll admit... at first I pirated SR2 on Android to see if it was worth buying; and ran into this issue with the error message.
I loved SR2 and bought it off Google Play Store and had no drama with downloading crafts on Android.
I then bought it on Steam and after a few weeks I got that Error message on my laptop! Tried a few suggestions people on here made but no luck; a fresh install fixed it in the end.
And now a couple weeks since then, I'm getting thiS BLOODY ERROR MESSAGE AGain...did ANOTHER fresh install BUT STILL GETTING THE ERROR!!
When I download a craft, it downloads the craft file to my downloads folder and I click on the craft file, a new state of SR2 opens (even if I've already got one state running) and all of a sudden I blackout in a rage from that god....damned........error...message.
Someone please help me before I frisbee my laptop at the cat
