Hi,

After succesful rendez-vous (which I now know manage if I can get into orbit :) ), I find it pretty hard to dock to another craft. It's always a hassle to get the percentage meter up to 100% to it being 'Docked'. This can be quite cumbersome now. I know how to use the translation mode, with Q, E and WASD but it can still take 5 to maybe even 15 minutes to get it fully aligned and thus docked.

Is there an easier way to do this? Of course I use the target function in combination with RCS.

If there is no easier way, I would suggest to make some sort of easier docking process (like pulling from the targetted docking port) and I would also like to suggest to lock to a certain rotation of the docked craft so that it would be possible to connect perpendicular with the right angle.

An image of the docking process in progress (fyi; I know this one is not fully docked, but it shows a familiar sight to you maybe on what the hard part of docking is :) ).

@plane918273645 Thanks for your answer. I know that I was not fully aligned ;) But it's hard to get aligned. It was just for demonstration. I have updated my post.

You are not aligned in that picture that is why it won’t dock
