So I´ve been working on an up to date version of Starship Superheavy for [RSS] based on the stats given on saturdays starship presentation.
But when building the superheavy booster I´ve come across some inconsistencies with the propellant mass.
As seen here and here I have been using the mentioned height and diameter but I end up with about 1400t fuel less than I´m supposed to.

If anyone has an idea how I could fix this issue without tinker panel it would be appreciated.

I don't think you can. The real stats won't translate into the game 1:1. The fuel/oxidizer ratio can differ between rockets using Methalox, the fuel density changes depending on the temperature and other factors, etc.
You'll have to either use the tinker panel or have clipping parts
