Don't know, because my rocket flips upside down everytime when I'm trying to land it back. Even when adding some weight to the bottom or attaching some fins on top. So what do you think ?

If you put fins on top it could become unstable while launching but if you deployed the fins like spaceX it would not flip during launch.

Use priority in the tanks settings, higher priority and it will drain first
