I get blank white/grayish screens for my iPad 2017 & Ip 8+...anyone with similar able to d/l it?

@Allglad Let me know if restarting or re-installing helps to fix the issue.

What country do you live in? You can try restarting your phone and/or re-installing and see if that helps.
