How do you add company logo graphics to new craft webpage??

I see others like @kell have their company logo on all the new crafts posts how do you do this? How do we upload a graphic like he does..

    That ![Text](image url) format is what you use. However you need to get 100 points before the website would embed your images. @bpc4209

    @Kell I mean on the actual webpage you have the kellAerospace logo under your craft how did you get it there..
