One thing that has been affecting many inportant things is AI and AI Slop. For one, RAM, Due to the increasing prices of ram. it has becomr harder and harder for things to run. for example. Myrient, it was a large game preservation site YEARS of internet history, preserved in a site. HOWEVER, due to ai consuming so much ram, it has become extremely expensive to run the site. meaning that they are shutting down in march 31st of this year.
Second of all, Water. Ai servers get hot very fast, so what do they do? Consume excessive amounts of water, several news reports have been concerned about the massive amounts of water used just to cool some clankers. in 2023 ALONE, 200 billion gallons of water have been used.
3rd, maybe the most serious, but the DEATH of human art itself. Without art, creativity likely follows after. and what happens after creativity dies? The world will likely become bland, run my ai. colorless, depressing. maybe even totalitarian.
However, there are some good things to Ai, If used right, ai is meant to assist you with nessecary information. not do things for you, with the right use, it can help people achieve goals and maybe even become better artists instead of puking out ai slop that is labled as "Art" And ai can help you understand things, NOT do it for you. so, i believe the current way that we are using ai and how much water it consumes ia a bad thing we HAVE TO pay attention to. there is still a good side for ai and maybe even hope. Also kids are given devices when they gain consciousness these days since Parents are too busy working to spend time with them, dude, they have to worry about food, rising fuel costs, rising rent all with the same wage.. if they are lucky, it could decrease...I mean having a kid these days is just too expensive, even if you do...you have no time to spend with its they'll grow up to be distant from you, they'll grow up just seeing you as another person...they won't know you, you won't know them...its sad, dude, people don't even get time to spend with their partners these days...since both have to work to pay rent...we are just likely going to be working for the rest of our lives and die just so that some CEO can buy platinum foil toilet paper with a chance of diamond...and maybe 6 more yachts...
@BeaconIndustries Ye, most people dont know hoe to protest are what to believe, as a 12 year old im saying this: to many kids were given ipads before the age of 5. and thats serious, they dont know what to believe, they live in a world of lies and slop. its Mostly because the parents. by the time of 9, they should know how to reduce screentime. then it partially becomes their fault. and as an older gen alpha(bordering on gen z and gen alpha) its kinda ruining our reputation because while mostly true. gen alpha does kinda get overgeneralized in a way.

@OliospaceIndustries Movies are based on reality in a way. They teach something depending on what type of movie. I could name hundreds really but my advice Is to be careful these days
The worst thing Is unless everyone says no and protests about such usages of AI(not happening sadly) then everyone Will bear the effects getting worse and worse.

@OliospaceIndustries They can Spy with Wifi+Ai languages throught walls no cameras in your house and you wouldn't even know. They can fake being other ppl online w fake AI immages and live AI calls. Some pretty Deep stuff. School spyware Is Just the tip tbf. AI and phones already listen tò your mic tò suggest you ads and for marketing purposes

@Beaconindustries @Aludra877 Yeah, although, some major companies even though not ai related are finally loosing. as in 2026, schools are finally being sued on using spyware such ad gogaurdian, etc. as it basically spies on your screen every day. even after hours on a weekend. they may even be selling it. even if it doesnt shut down before the next generation, the next generation might not let them spy on them so easily. stay safe yall
