How to completely remove this account?

What happened bro?

Go to account settings then go to manage account then find the delete account button at the bottom. Pushing it will make you confirm your account deletion by typing "DELETE" in a text box. To confirm, you push the final delete button, and that's it now the account is terminated.

to delete the account first go to profile page then account settings and then to manage account then scroll to the bottom and you will see delete account button. click on it and then write DELETE in capital letters to permanetly delete you account . kudos to you
