@RocketLover123 simple! Create a new system,double tap on juno, you will see an arrow icon, it has 2 arrows in a square, tap that, and select a celestial body, it will replace Juno, as for adding worlds, double tap on the celestial body you want to give sattelites to, tap the + icon with a circle around it, then select the body, it will be added, once added you can adjust its day length, semi major axis, periapsis location, eccentricity, sphere of influence, etc. hope this helps

@RocketLover123 ok, on your left in the planet studio should be a panel, on that panel, head to the location icon, now a panel opened up, it will be empty, yet at the top are 4 buttons, 3 blue (left) and 1 orange(right), the button with the road icon is how to add structures, the location icon is how to add launch locations
