@Tranedi for burners engines you mean like Rocket engines? I pretty sure no ship uses them unless for thrusters that help maneuver the ship in some ways. Oldest ships have them like Phoenix still with Rocket engines and shuttles being still similar tò what we have tofay

@Tranedi They almost all use AN impulse sub-light engines drive powered by nuclear fusion reactor. For warp many warp engines types exists like spore drive,transwarp drive,normal matter-antimatter drive wich uses deuterium+antimatter
