@PZLAgencies well the pain started slowly, Small, it eventually progressed to really painful, I then asked my mom what exactly I do, and she suggested rubbing cooling gel on the area and sit with the heat pad for abt 30 minutes, it was after that it slowly went down

what exactly happened?
