At precisely 3:13 PM Fedronia time, the upgraded Quantumship Block-2 ignited its engines in a static fire test, marking a important moment in QuantumSpace’s evolving launch architecture. The test, conducted under clear skies, showcased the raw power and refined engineering of the newest iteration in the Quantumship lineage.

UPGRADES OF THE BLOCK-2 SHIP

Fin Configuration Revamp: Gone are the top fins that once adorned the original Quantumship. Block-2 now sports only bottom fins, streamlining its aerodynamic profile and reducing mass.

Heat Shield Reinforcement: After Flight 1 succumbed to reentry burn-up, engineers doubled down on thermal protection. Block-2 features a significantly upgraded heat shield designed to withstand the brutal descent forces and plasma exposure.

Booster Consistency: Interestingly, the booster remains unchanged from previous versions—a testament to its reliability and performance. While the ship evolves, the foundation holds firm.
