For some reason hydro lox has the least delta-v but the most thrust to weight ratio and still has a higher isp.
does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Like Ganepasc said, you didn’t take into account of the horrific density of hydrogen.

HydroLOX has the best specific impulse of any (currently existing) chemical rocket but has the worst volume impulse.

The HydroLOX has less density so it requires more tank volume to hold the same mass of fuel that a
smaller tank of KeroLOX could hold. A larger tank results in more mass so the deltaV is usually less than that of a KeroLOX burning rocket.
