Yeah the sliders dont do anything, you need to manually add a config file into Mods\ParallaxData\Configs. I just opened up existing configs and changed values until I understood what I was doing.

You need to reconfigure the files. @Deepfriedfrenchtoast did this to add Parallax to RSS. Perhaps he can help you (If I knew how to do it, I would; however, I do not, therefore I cannot).
