Good Question, First go to your profile picture at the top right and click the manage account and you'll see the gravatar go to site and upload what ever you like to be your profile picture and refresh go to "Juno: new origins site or this site" refresh and wait for a while until boom the profile picture you want is in your account now! :)

go to wordpress.com; simplerockets.com uses the profile icon you have on that website
it might take a few minutes for your profile picture to change fyi
