Satellite Specifications:
Serpens will be repurposed into a smallsat coms constellation. Each satellite group will launch on Helium Block 2. The satellites will have two dish antennas and a 1.5 foot x 0.2 foot central bus. Each satellite will have four antennas and two solar arrays. The propulsion system will be powered by 4 hydrazine thrusters.
Orbital Positioning:
Satellites will orbit at 500 km x ~500 km in a polar section, an equatorial section, and two high inclination sections. 5 satellite groups will be launched per orbital section. Each satellite group will consist of 10 satellites. By this, the constellation will consist of 250 satellites.
