Space port Esperanza torn apart

Hello guys,
I had almost completed the Space port Esperanza (just had attached the 4th fuel tank) when, on the following mission, I discovered that all the parts assembled were separately drifting away in space, including the Radix module spinning away! No idea how it happened!
I checked my GameState xml file, everything looks fine, but the FlightState xml now shows many SpacePortEsperanza-XXX parts...
Could someone paste the code in FlightState.xml for a completed or nearly-completed SPE? Or a way to fix this?
