I have been working on a Falcon 9 style reusable rocket called the "Liberty I". So that it works, I am developing some rocket engines called the Oswald Series. The Oswald 1a is an upcoming upper-stage engine and will provide little thrust. The Oswald 2b is a in-testing engine that will power the stage 1 of the liberty rocket.
I am testing some aircraft on SP right now, so this is being postponed for a couple days. I will work on the 2nd-stage recovery later.
