@QuantumTechnology well unfortunately that’s very likely the only solution to your problem, update the operating system or get a new device that comes with a newer OS installed. The game system requirements pretty clearly state that 64 bit processors AND operating system are needed!

Fact remains that expecting a 16 year old computer to perform smoothly without problems is like expecting a 30 year old car to do the same! That’s just what the situation is! You’re unlikely to get any resolution to this problem until you invest in a new computer, or at the very least least update your operating system!
