Collision Space is targeting April 22, at 17:00 pm UTC, for the Payload Vehicle launch, the first of the Fuel Transfer Demo mission of Eternity One.
After more than four months of hard work, Eternity One is ready to fly again.
This is the first launch of the fuel transfer demo mission, which is composed of two different launches. the first rocket to be launched on april 22 is the payload vehicle, which does not contain any cargo but is intended to arrive in droo's low orbit to be docked together with the fuel transfer vehicle, which will be launched on april 24.
We conducted several tests for the delicate docking maneuver in orbit: we successfully performed several simulations with a prototype docking port, these demonstrated the ability to transfer fuel between the two vehicles and were later installed aboard the respective two second stages of the two Eternity One rockets.
(Docking port installed on the tip of Eternity One's refueling vehicle)
