Inflatable Heat Shield part

A new type of Heat Shield that is heavier and more expensive than a regular Heat Shield, but can cover a much wider area on demand. Useful for Cylero landings or landings on a future Venus-type planet. The bigger the shield, the heavier and more expensive it gets.
