R-7 never went to combat readiness but it's successor did.During one occasion which is the Cuban Missile Crisis,the R-7A was Equipped with a live nuclear warhead and was prepared to full combat readiness if war occured.The R-7A I'll made will have a Launch pad as well as Flametrench.The Launch Arms will be Stage Activated.
