I played through the racing program and found a few spelling errors. Fixed as many as I found. Each customer has unique dialogue in this career mode, and the story that they follow seems to flow well enough.
By "rejecting" rocketry contracts, and the deliveries after mountaineers, you can advance all the way to Luna, and eventually earn an unlocked Location (Veegxangus Mons) as a final reward- maybe as a teaser.
Completing Socraticat's Racing program to its conclusion, without rocketry or planes, leaves the player with most rocketry nodes still locked, and with new tools to use to finish the rocketry branch.
You only need to finish the first round of a race to progress through the series. Repeat rounds are tougher (up to 5) and offer higher rewards. Finishing all of the progression without many repeat rounds can still result in a tech-tree that still has zero rocketry unlocks, which just means there's still more game to be had outside of racing!
A mixed playthrough is likely to see varying degrees of changed perspective from the default progression. I am particularly excited for my next playthrough, since I've tremendously enjoyed the option to race more while I progress through rocketry.

I've combined the default contracts with the extra races. Now you can choose to follow either the new Racing Program or the original Rocketry/RC progression. Racing without rocketry can get you all the way to Luna and Cylero.
The racing progression is very linear, meaning that there's a specific order that races must be completed. It should be obvious as contracts become available- if not please comment below.
Most importantly, continuity in progression and story should all be in place now.
Enjoy!

Here's something new for you! A brand-new career mode with brand new races and a new career progression! The Idea? Turn JUNO into a ground racing game first, space game second...
I really wanted to be able to repeat races indefinitely with new crafts while progressing through the career. I also wanted to race on Luna, Cylero, and beyond! Socraticat is stationed on Droo looking for challengers. Do you have what it takes to compete with him and the SpaceCats?
Mod includes 1 new customer and updated former customers, over a dozen new races. There is a full progression from JUNO VILLAGE , ALI, DSC, and finally LUNA where you can earn your very own hangars (custom launch locations) through progression.
Launchpads can be unlocked through the traditional method, or through progression in races (completing all races in a location will unlock the launchpads)
Still to come: A few more customers- I would still like to see a SpaceCat on each celestial- An interplanetary race-track, or two (I'll need a while for this one) and ultimately I suppose I'd like to turn this all into a legit mod. Maybe?
What do you think? Ready to race?!

@SimplePizzaya It really does, I'd like one like this in the base game to be frank.
