Failed Mission to Mars has increased a curiosity in the landscape!

we launched a small Lander on a Stellaris Heavy, it flew into orbit around mars and had a heavy hit to the atmosphere, we used the engine on the second stage to slow down the spacecraft, it targeted a landing area near the Base of Olympus mons, we separated the lander from the stage near the ground and used the landers engine, i was disappointed to realize id used all the RCS fuel up and we had no RCS control, i had to use the landers gimballing engine to control the landing, it soft touched the surface of mars and we deployed a couple payloads, unfortunately after the attempt to deploy a small arm mounted landing probe, the arm malfunctioned and i ended up accidentally flipping over the lander, an attempt to flip it back over failed. and we still got to deploy the small rover-like vehicle, it deployed and was able to move down olympus mons.
