We Are Building a fleet of 5 floating rocketships (explanation in desc)

A fleet of brand new floating ekranoplan-like planes will be made, they will have the potential to fly to space and land on other planets, while being able to land on ground and ocean aswell, the all terrain craft will be used for unmanned and manned flights, they will take passengers over oceans and stop on parts of land close to water, the craft will primarily be used for ocean transportation, acting like a ferry, transporting passengers, and even rocket parts accross the planet at record speeds, we may also run earth to earth passenger flights moving parts and passengers accross the planet at record speeds
