ATTENTION 1st Helium Redesign planned

The first Helium redesign will possibly be posted at some point this weekend. The Rocket's new name will be Helium Block 2.
Improvements include:
-Better upper stage decoration
-Possible maximum payload tonnage increase
-Better booster deco
-Insane Livery
-it will become the best decorated, most cool looking, and best livery decorated craft I have ever made
