On August 29, 10:45am, Rhea 9 suffered a catastrophic failure caused by the explosion of engine 2. Rhea 9 had a successful liftoff, followed by a successful SRB separation and stage separation, but an unsuccessful ignition of Engine 2 on the second stage. The FTS was activated by this event.
