I don't know how, but for some reason, whenever I make planes by tipping rockets over and adding wings to it, the ailerons have to deflect down to pitch up and vice versa, while it actually should be deflecting up to pitch up and vice versa. This is happening in a delta wing plane and it's fairly ridiculous. What should I do?

@SamTheFox The pitch normally works like-
Press S- Elevators go up, plane pitches up (sorry in original post I mean elevators, not ailerons).
Press W- Elevators go down, plane pitches down.
What's happening though is-
Press S, elevators go up, plane pitches down
Press W, elevators go down, plane pitches up.

For more context- I've checked the positions of the COM and COL too, COM is still ahead of COL, and tried changing the command pod configuration to plane and not rocket. It still behaves the same way

something like this is in SimplePlanes too, sometimes it happens and yeah it looks really weird
