I can’t turn off the heat damage anymore. Is this a new feature or is my game just broken?

It is on the 'Flight Info Panel' (rectangular taskbar looking icon on the right side of the screen), Scroll down and you see slider to change the heat damage and physical damage (Sandbox Only).

@Aiden2012 Are you sure you are on sandbox/hybrid mode? Those setting are disabled in career.
