a sea launch vehicle is being planned until the end of the year(mostly because i have no knowledge of making sea launch vehicles)
Plan:
Solid motor to start flight(similar to the dnepr)
fully reusable
no legs(recover from the sea)
TSTO(Two Stage to Orbit)
either launch from barge(default droneship) or in the ocean
Goal: 400 KG to GTO
