Fastest Car Challenge

Hello. I would like to introduce a challenge (it’s been ongoing, but an announcement would help);
The Fastest Car Challenge.

The challenge is simple. Build the fastest car you can.
Rules:

1. No use of the built-in Overload feature.
2. No use of the Tinker Panel. not even part-scale.
3. The car must have no more than 4 wheels. 3-wheel cars are allowed.
4. The car must be able to fit at least one Drood.
5. no mods. (this is so that the vehicle can be tested)
6. NO ROCKET ENGINES
7. NO JET ENGINES
8. no Monopropellant thrusters
