Is it possible to have a parachute that can slow down an extremely high horizontal speed super fast without ripping itself off? like for a plane or space shuttle or simply cars? If no, can it be added soon?

The revamp made parachutes completely unusable for me. Maybe it's realistic that they tear off when used on a 4,000 ton vehicle? I don't know. They just rip off no matter what I try.

@Aviator01 well I know it is, but can anyone give me the ratio of status of the parachute that can slow a craft down the fastest
