Looking for launch providers. !!!

I am looking for launch providers to launch up to 40 tons in a 6m wide fairing

Requirements.
Launch every weekend
Produce video when needed
Private launch
Plan to bring the upper stage back
Forty tons to LDO in a 5-6m fairing
Rocket design has flown before (without blowing up)

    Well the idea was to use all those launch providers but I think they all died @NebulaSpaceAgency
