(SOLVED)Can someone tell me how to fix this thing?

I download a craft, it seems like all the paint has no detail. I think ok that’s a little odd, so I hit new craft, and the rocket still has no detail, I look at the paint and all of the paints are at 100% detail, I load a saved craft, it has no detail, I go to my station, it has no detail, I download a new craft, and once again, no detail. My entire game has this glitch.
Anyone know how to fix this?
