Add The something block

I thought about this
A block that is as customisable as the fuselages but it has less script written in xml by example taking away everything from it except its appearance data by default. This block can be used specially for tiny details which doesnt even contribute to anything but looks and aesthetic to lessen lag so everyone can enjoy more detailed craft with less lag.
