How the collision physics works here? When a strut meets another strut it won't collide. It just passed by. Any explanations? Tips? Thank you in advance!!!

it also happens when you time warp and a part will collide with another in orbit but they go through each other

They should collide if you didn't change tinker settings to make them not collide.
Sometimes parts will pass through each other but its rare.
I would upload the issue as a craft so people can help you better.

I, somehow, found a weird solution for this problem.
Update: ABORT! Not working again -_-
