So, you know that axial tilts are a thing? An obvious reason is Urados
I looked at the terrain generation and studied why there was an axial tilt on Urados and tried to copy the element to another planet I made, I failed

What element do I use and what statistics does it need?

@FriendlyFin it doesn't rotate, in the Juno System, it's day length is displaying as "Infinity", meaning that it's angular velocity is zero

It’s purely visual, the planet is not actually tilted @FriendlyFin

currently there's no axial tilt, it's the "Get latitude" modifier that causes the visual 27° tilt

i don't think it's currently possible to add axial tilt for non-Urados styled planets, however i haven't experimented with this much so i don't know
