Does anyone know why the docking port on space station will be disconnected automatically while I just dock another spacecraft on the station?

Just saw ur comment and THX. And yes the docking port is absolutely too weak especially when scale up, by the way, this strange situation happen a lot when the space station have multiple docking ports and some of them are already connected to other spacecraft, I my case 2 out of 6 are connected and when I docking the 3th ships, strange things will happen@sacr3dbac0n0

Docking ports are just exceptionally weak, especially once you start scaling things up. Forget about burning engines on docked vehicles with physics on, things will only work out in time warp with physics disabled. I deal with this issue very frequently. Changing any of the physics performance options does not help this. It is certainly an issue the devs need to look into. The connection between two docked vehicles just breaks too easily.

It largely depends on the situation.

    Scenario 1

Your space station could be spinning too fast and the docking ports easily disconnect.

    Scenario 2

The docking ports could be turned off, if so then turn them back on.

    Scenario 3

The current command chip you’re using could be taking over the whole space station, attempt turning it off.

Or you can try to google it
