An anomaly happened during the coast phase of Amihan Expanded. The MVac engine remained healthy during the mission. An error inside the flight program didn't fire back the MVac engine for orbit circularization which resulted in the loss of OARS Flock 1 satellites. We apologized to CASXA for what happened to OARS Flock 1 satellite. We will investigate more and hopefully will get back as soon as possible.
