For example,if I recovered a $12M booster back on land or in the sea how much do I gonna get??

what I’d say is if you recover a $12M dollar booster. You remove the fuel cost and whatever hardware you use to recover it with. so say you have $300K worth of fuel remove it from the $12M and say you have $1M per engine take how many all of them together is say it’s $6M you take that and just divide it by 3 and you get your final cost of engines which would be $2M take all of it and subtract it so it would be $12M-$300K-$2M=$9700000 so just take off a third engine and get rid of all the fuel and you get your final amount super simple.
