Is there a Hyperedit equivalent for SR2

Title. I know you can save a position and later launch from it, but I would like some more precise control over the position my craft is put into.
I would like to get some background shots for a video which would involve me putting a specific craft in various places, and it would be an absolutely massive and annoying effort to do everything legitimately, or even with cheats.
