Is it possible to change game audio files? I am hoping to change the audio file for the hinge rotator part to be less 'annoying'. If so, what is the location/folder in which they are located?

You would need to make a mod to do this, the files arent openly available/changeable. And anyways the part has a sound volume slider, i think its even set to 0% by default.
