When I try connecting a booster to side interstage it connects to main body instead. I have tried a lot but its not working. How to fix this? Same problem had occurred with my earlier rockets.

@Tweedle_Aerospace LOL when I turned off connections for main body, it didn't connect anywhere, just floating xD

I have this problem. Turn off the connections to the main body and then it shouldn’t automatically correct to them. You can turn the main bodies connection back on afterwards.

Yeah sometimes it is complicated to see where the booster is connected. What you can do is mirror the side interstage before you try to connect the booster. Then try to connect your booster, you will see If you are right when the booster also spawn at the mirrored side detatchers.
