Destroying crafts in reference frames causes exception

  1. Launched the Souyuz rocket.
  2. Jettisoned the four boosters at about 70km
  3. Went to map view and deleted all 4 booster craft nodes.
  4. Looked in dev console and saw multiple errors.
Bug Done Found in 0.4.0.0 Fixed in 0.5.0.0
