The part that that do the re-entry will have its color become darker and darker. Then after reaching the block's heat limit, it will break into many smaller part. (But I highly recommend the first one because the second idea will definitely burn your phone :))
I would be cool if you were doing spacex style with a first stage booster, and the re-entry effects looked how it does in real life, and if dragon was recorded re-entering, that would of been recorded, and the re-entry effects for that could be added into the game— if the capsule a players using is big or small in width, it changes the effects
