Select apogee, perigee, and other important points on orbit for planned burns

One of the most frustrating things I've encountered is trying to plan a burn exactly at apogee, but being just a quarter of a radian off and my orbit being wonky from what I intended. Adding a way to automatically place a burn node at any of the critical points in an orbit where maneuvering is crucial would be a huge help.
