Texture Packs!

As a person who uses textures heavily, I love your idea, more textures would give us much more to work with. I think some traditional looking military camouflage patterns, some grid like graph paper, tiger and zebra stripes, cow pattern lol, marble, rusty, and so many more I could think of. I definitely agree with this post.
