Meters from Part Shape tool is Way too far Different from the Resize Gizmo when your at select tool

hen i upload this unlisted The craft's dimension is 44mX3mX3m
The Height when i resize it with the Resize Gizmo from Part Select says 20m while at Part Shape Tool says 40m and im trying to make the First stage height accurate but now this happened
